Kendra is 1!

I got the great pleasure to visit Kendra at her First Birthday Party!

It was so much fun, I cannot believe how exciting this birthday party was.  Kendra's mom Shannon pulled out all of the stops on this amazing carnival themed party.  All of the details were covered, from....

A popcorn machine with concession stand and beanbag toss to...

Pick-a-Duck to....

Balloons and Pony Rides!

And what carnival is complete without a clown!

Hope you had a great First Birthday Kendra!  Thanks for inviting us!

Ben's Senior Pictures

Wow, what a busy summer!  I can't believe how fast it has gone (and that I haven't blogged anything since June).  With that said, I am extremely excited that my first post in a couple of months is Ben's Senior Pictures.  I have never done senior pictures before and Ben was such a great sport, he was up for anything and super easy going.  I had so much fun taking Ben's pictures, here a few of my many favorites.

We got some pictures with Ben's motorcycle and I just love how they turned out.

Ben had a really fun idea to get a picture of him throwing the baseball in the air and it came out pretty cool.

To end with I had to throw in another one with the motorcycle.
Thank you so much, Ben!  I had a great time taking your pictures and I hope that you have an amazing senior year.

Kaly & Kendra

Meet Kaly and Kendra, two adorable little sisters who I had the privilege to play with in the park the other day.  I had such a great time getting to know them and taking their pictures.  The weather turned out perfect for us even though it started clouding up about 15 minutes before we arrived, the clouds cleared just in time for us to start shooting.

Thank you so much to Shannon and her wonderful girls, Kaly and Kendra, for this great shoot!

Homework

I am so excited, it is time to debut some pictures of someone other than Grayson.  I took a photography course at the local technical college taught by the fabulous Dani Stephenson, not only did I learn tons but I also got the opportunity to photograph an amazing model, Shannon.  I had such a great time photographing her and also learned so much.  Thank you very, very much Dani and Shannon.  I hope you enjoy!

My first attempt at a Black & White.
This was my favorite shot of the entire shoot!  Thank you again Dani and Shannon, you are both absolutely amazing.

Grayson at the Park - Part 2

Just thought that I would post a few more pictures of Grayson at the park.  As I mentioned in my last post he really did not like the swing but I thought that this one was too cute not to post.

Grayson loved getting down and playing in the dirt.
